If we goof and make a mistake on your order, we will make it right.  We will issue a full refund or exchange and will pay for all shipping and handling.  In addition, you get a $10.00 discount off your next purchase. 

Returning Defective Items

QLT offers no hassle returns and/or exchanges on DEFECTIVE products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Returning Non-Defective Items

Returning non-defective items will be allowed at the sole discretion of QLT.  Non-Defective returns may be subject to a 15% re-stock fee.
